Margaret brings extensive legal experience and a deep understanding of both private practice and public interest law to her role as Managing Director at Rosenberg Partners. With a practice background spanning employment law, complex commercial litigation, and civil rights advocacy, she has developed keen insights into the diverse career paths available to attorneys and the unique challenges they face at different stages of their careers.

She is passionate about helping others navigate their legal careers and focuses on matching attorneys with opportunities that align with their goals, aspirations, and core values.

Margaret’s approach to recruitment is informed by her firsthand experience as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, handling complex commercial and antitrust matters, and her specialized employment law practice at Kalijarvi, Chuzi, Newman & Fitch, representing both employees and federal agencies. Her broad litigation experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of what law firms and legal departments seek from their attorneys.

Margaret graduated cum laude from Brown University in 2017 with a B.A. in Economics and Public Health and received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2022.
