Heather brings a wealth of legal recruitment experience to her role as Managing Director at Rosenberg Partners. With a focus on placing associates within AmLaw 200 firms, niche boutiques, and in-house roles across the New York tri-state area, she has honed her skills in understanding the complexities of law firm life and long-term career planning. Heather's approach to recruitment is centered on making career transitions as seamless and stress-free as possible, helping attorneys find roles that resonate with their career aspirations. Prior to recruiting, Heather was a Litigation Associate at Pryor Cashman and Bryan Cave. Her background in complex commercial litigation gives her a unique perspective on the legal industry's demands, enabling her to provide insightful guidance on when and where attorneys should make their next career move. Heather graduated cum laude from Cornell University in 2009 and received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2012.
