Nicole is a Strategic Partner at Rosenberg Partners, where she focuses on the placement of lateral partners, attorneys, and business service professionals. Nicole has been a force in legal recruitment for over twenty years, working in-house at top global law firms and significantly impacting the recruitment of law firm talent at all levels. Nicole's expertise includes strategy development, team leadership, and operational management, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of law firm culture and business needs. Clients value her discreet, direct approach, making her a trusted advisor on practice area growth and recruitment for both attorneys and professional support teams. She led recruitment at Allen & Overy for over a decade, supported global growth, and launched new offices. Her roles as Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment at Bryan Cave and as Executive Director, Americas at Ashurst involved strategic expansion and operational oversight. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer of Desmarais, she managed strategic functions for over 100 staff across multiple offices. She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a certification in Leadership Coaching from Rutgers University. Nicole has been active in NALP and NYCRA, serving as NYCRA Chairperson, and has spoken at various industry panels.
