Susi Shaw is the Founder of Authentic Search Partners, a strategic partner to Rosenberg Partners on in-house searches. As a former attorney and seasoned recruiter with over a decade of recruiting experience, Susi has garnered a reputation for excellence in delivering premier legal and compliance talent, particularly within the financial services space. She has placed dozens of attorneys and compliance professionals of all levels at top tier hedge, private equity, credit and hybrid funds, including some of the largest alternative asset managers in the world, as well as in BigLaw roles. Her in-depth knowledge of both the in-house and law firm arenas offers her clients a unique perspective on searches and enables her to provide practical career guidance to candidates in furtherance of their long-term goals. Susi prides herself on being a true partner to her clients and candidates. Her mission is to deliver exceptional results by developing a strong understanding of her clients' team dynamics and business needs and rigorously assessing candidates from both a skill set and personality fit perspective. Susi obtained an undergraduate degree in Finance magna cum laude from The University of Florida and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law. She practiced as a litigator for 6 years before finding her calling in recruiting.
